Reviews are important to the decision making process of your potential guests; they want to learn more about experiences of guests who stayed at your property.
In your website BackOffice, the Reviews feature is set to by default “on” which means that your Booking.com reviews will be public as long as the average score on your Booking.com page is greater than 6.
*Please note that for all partners whose website went live before the 5th of June 2016, the reviews will not show on the website until published. You can publish by going into your BackOffice and click on Publish on the upper right hand corner.
If you wish to hide your Booking.com reviews on your own website, follow these steps:
1. Go to Marketing > Channels > On-Web
2. Click on the orange toggle next to Reviews*
(*if you are not able to click on the toggle please contact us by emailing email@example.com)
3. Click on Save
4. To see a preview of how this looks on your website, click on the name of your property in the upper left hand corner.
5. OBy clicking on Publish the change you made will be visible on your website
